THE WEB,STRUCTURED.
Extract. Structure. Enrich. Monitor. Act.
No selectors. No scripts. No scraping expertise required.
ELTRACT COLLECT
No selectors.
No scripts.
Describe the outcome. ElTract plans the collection, infers the schema and keeps the extraction legible while it runs.
02 · EXTRACTELTRACT DATA
Messy values.
Useful records.
Normalize, enrich, review and transform what was collected. Duplicate rows merge. New fields appear. The dataset becomes operational.
03 · DATAELTRACT LEADS
Find the company.
Know the company.
Move structured records into companies and people, qualify them, assign them and carry the source context into the pipeline.
04 · LEADSELTRACT MONITOR
The web changes.
Your data should too.
A new price, a new role, a changed headcount: ElTract compares runs and turns meaningful change into a traceable event.
05 · MONITORELTRACT AUTOMATE
From website
to workflow.
Collect, transform, qualify, monitor and act as one connected system. ElTract is not a scraper. It is a data operating layer for the web.
06 · AUTOMATEWHAT IS ELTRACT?
A web-data platform for turning public sources into working data.
ElTract helps teams collect information from public websites, structure it into reviewable datasets, import existing CSV/XLSX data, maintain company and people context, preserve change history and connect selected information to monitoring, automation and configured outreach workflows.
The product is organized around repeatable projects and runs rather than one-off page copying. Important availability boundaries are stated directly: crawling and scheduled monitoring need the crawl runtime, Automate and Engage use their own runtimes, generated API keys do not yet authenticate ordinary external API requests, MCP is not enabled, and Ask ElTract is not currently connected to an AI provider.
Collect
Create public-web collection projects, analyse sources and run structured extraction when the crawl runtime is available.
02Data
Review structured results, import CSV/XLSX, inspect data-quality evidence and export authorized datasets.
03Leads
Maintain company and people records with lists, pipeline context, tasks, notes, activity and source evidence.
04Monitor
Schedule selected public sources, keep run history and review detected changes when the crawl runtime is available.
05Automate
Connect supported triggers to ElTract notifications or configured webhooks through the automation runtime.
06Engage
Manage sender accounts, templates and outreach workflows with explicit runtime and provider availability.
WHY ELTRACT?
Keep the useful context after the web page changes.
Collection does not have to end at a CSV
Projects, results, review state, entity context, Web Memory and selected downstream workflows can stay connected to the data after the first run.
Source context remains inspectable
Project, run, record and entity-source context helps teams see where information came from instead of treating every value as an unexplained final answer.
Change can become part of the record
Web Memory and Monitor preserve selected observations and changes over time rather than silently replacing the previous state.
Workspace boundaries are part of the product
Authentication, organizations and workspace isolation are implemented product boundaries, not marketing-only account concepts.
SOURCE + FIELD SETUP
SET THE SOURCE.
DEFINE THE FIELDS.
Configure a public source and the structured fields you need. ElTract source analysis can compare detected extraction approaches before a crawl starts.

DON'T JUST FIND LEADS.
KEEP THEM ALIVE.
A company record does not have to be a row frozen in time. ElTract can keep source observations, entity context and selected changes connected to the work that follows.
ONE SYSTEM, MANY OUTCOMES
THE WEB ISN'T A PAGE.
IT'S AN INPUT.
Collect feeds Data. Data can feed Leads. Monitor and Web Memory preserve selected change. Quality makes review visible. Automate and Engage connect selected information to configured actions.
Projects, public sources and extraction runs become repeatable collection work.
PROJECTS + RUNS + REVIEW
REPEATABLE ENOUGH
TO BECOME A SYSTEM.
ElTract keeps public sources, collection projects, runs, structured results, review state and exports connected instead of treating extraction as a disposable script.

CONNECTED CAPABILITIES
ONE PLATFORM.
CONNECTED WORK.
ElTract connects collection, structured data, company and people context, monitoring, quality and configured actions without presenting conceptual bundles as published subscription tiers.
Collect + Data
From public source or import to structured, reviewed datasets.
Monitor + Web Memory
Keep selected public data current and preserve change context.
Leads + Engage
Connect company and people context to configured outreach work.
Automate + Quality
Review data and route supported product events to explicit actions.
Public crawling, Monitor, Automate and Engage depend on their named runtimes or provider configuration. Current limitations are documented in the ElTract FAQ.
WEB DATA, END TO END
DON'T SCRAPE.
OPERATE.
Web data extraction
Turn authorized public websites into structured project records without maintaining a separate one-off scraping workflow for every source.
Website monitoring
Revisit selected public sources on supported schedules and inspect detected changes when the ElTract crawl runtime is available.
Company & people intelligence
Move useful records into organization-scoped company and people context with lists, pipeline, tasks, activity and source evidence.
Imports, review & export
Bring CSV/XLSX data into project datasets, preview mappings and conflicts, review quality, and export authorized data as CSV or XLSX.
