ELTRACT AUTOMATE

Connect changes in web data to a controlled workflow.

ElTract Automate provides workflow authoring, versions, runs, conditions, notifications and webhook actions around product events. Current workflows can react to events such as monitor changes, crawl completion or imports, and they execute through a dedicated automation runtime.

Implemented · requires the ElTract automation worker and runtime configuration

CAPABILITIES

What ElTract does here

01

Multiple trigger types

Author workflows around domain events, manual triggers, supported schedules or inbound webhooks.

02

Conditions

Apply all/any rule groups with comparison operators before a workflow action runs.

03

Notifications

Create an ElTract notification as an explicit workflow action.

04

Configured outbound webhooks

Send workflow payloads to enabled webhook destinations through the hardened outbound transport.

05

Run and delivery history

Inspect workflow runs, step attempts, destination health and recent webhook delivery state.

WORKFLOW

From input to working data

  1. Choose the trigger

Start from a product event, manual action, supported schedule or inbound webhook.

  2. Add conditions

Decide what must be true before the workflow proceeds.

  3. Choose current actions

Create a notification or send a configured webhook rather than assuming arbitrary integration actions exist.

  4. Inspect execution

Review workflow runs, step status and webhook delivery history when the worker is available.

WHY ELTRACT

Keep the data connected to the work

Changes can become work

A detected monitor event does not have to end as a passive log entry.

Execution stays inspectable

Workflow versions, runs and step attempts make the automation path visible.

Actions are explicit

The public description matches the actions currently implemented instead of implying an unlimited integration catalogue.

CURRENT BOUNDARIES

What not to assume

ElTract states availability directly so buyers do not have to infer capabilities from vague product language.

  • Automate requires `eltract-automation-worker.service` and its database/secret configuration to execute workflows.
  • Current implemented action types are ElTract notifications and configured webhook delivery. Do not infer arbitrary third-party actions from the word “automation”.
