THE ELTRACT PRODUCT
Web data that stays useful after collection.
ElTract is a web-data platform for collecting public web information, turning it into structured working datasets, reviewing and importing data, maintaining company and people context, tracking change over time and connecting selected changes to operational workflows.
CAPABILITIES
What ElTract does here
Collect
Create projects, analyse authorized public sources, run extraction when the crawl runtime is available, and review the resulting records.
Data
Search and review structured results, import CSV/XLSX data, inspect quality issues and export authorized datasets as CSV or XLSX.
Leads
Maintain organization-scoped company and people records with lists, pipeline context, tasks, notes, activity and source evidence.
Web Memory
Keep entity observations, timelines and change intelligence so important web signals are not reduced to one latest-value snapshot.
Monitor
Schedule selected public sources, inspect monitor runs and review detected changes when the crawl runtime and Redis are available.
Automate + Engage
Author notification/webhook workflows and configured outreach operations through their dedicated runtimes and provider connections.
WORKFLOW
From input to working data
- Start with a source or existing data
Create a public-web collection project or import an existing CSV/XLSX file into project data.
- Review the structure
Inspect fields, results, source context, conflicts and data-quality evidence before treating records as operational data.
- Connect records to entities
Move useful company and people information into CRM context while retaining provenance and history.
- Keep selected information current
Use Monitor, Web Memory and Automate where their runtimes are configured to turn meaningful changes into traceable work.
WHY ELTRACT
Keep the data connected to the work
One workflow, not a dead export
Collection can continue into review, CRM context, change history and downstream actions instead of ending at a one-off file.
Source context stays visible
Projects, runs, records and CRM entity sources keep the path back to where information came from.
Availability is explicit
Runtime- and provider-dependent capabilities expose their availability rather than pretending every connection is active.
Organization isolation is built in
Authentication, organization context and workspace isolation are part of the product data model and application boundary.
CURRENT BOUNDARIES
What not to assume
ElTract states availability directly so buyers do not have to infer capabilities from vague product language.
- ElTract focuses on public web sources. Authenticated crawler browser sessions and a browser-session vault are not currently available.
- Generated API keys have a create/list/revoke lifecycle, but they do not currently authenticate ordinary external ElTract API requests.
- MCP is not currently enabled as an end-to-end product capability, and Ask ElTract is not connected to an AI provider.
- Public crawling, Monitor, Automate and Engage depend on their named ElTract runtimes or provider configuration.
THE WEB, STRUCTURED.
