ELTRACT DATA

Structured datasets you can review, import and keep working with.

ElTract Data is the working layer between collection and operational use. Results can be searched and reviewed, existing CSV or Excel data can be mapped and previewed before import, quality issues can be inspected, and authorized project data can be exported again as CSV or XLSX.

Datasets, imports, review and quality foundation implemented

CAPABILITIES

What ElTract does here

01

Structured project results

Search, filter, sort and page through collected records while keeping source and review context attached.

02

CSV and XLSX import

Upload tabular data, select workbook sheets, map source columns to project fields and preview what will create, update, skip or conflict before applying it.

03

Atomic import apply

Apply a persisted preview to project data with conflict handling and import provenance instead of silently mutating rows during upload.

04

Data Quality review

Use the quality queue, evidence, resolutions and enrichment-candidate foundation to inspect data that needs attention.

05

CSV/XLSX export

Export authorized project data for analysis or downstream workflows while keeping ElTract as the working source of context.

WORKFLOW

From input to working data

  1. Bring data in

Collect it from a public source or upload an existing CSV/XLSX file.

  2. Map and preview

Review field suggestions, identities, conflicts, duplicates and quality signals before applying an import.

  3. Review and correct

Inspect records and quality evidence, then edit verified values or resolve issues where appropriate.

  4. Use or export

Move selected records into Leads, Monitor or other configured workflows, or export them as CSV/XLSX.

WHY ELTRACT

Keep the data connected to the work

Import without blind writes

Preview decisions and conflicts before rows are changed.

Keep provenance

Collection and import context stays connected to project data and entity sources.

Make quality visible

Quality work is a review surface, not an invisible marketing promise about perfect data.

CURRENT BOUNDARIES

What not to assume

ElTract states availability directly so buyers do not have to infer capabilities from vague product language.

  • The current public import UI supports CSV and XLSX. No additional file format should be assumed from the phrase “universal tabular ingestion”.
  • The enrichment foundation is implemented, but third-party provider availability depends on configured integrations and must not be assumed.
